Sharing your Superads data with clients or stakeholders takes one click.
Unlike most tools that send a static screenshot or snapshot, what you share in Superads is a live, interactive report; the data always reflects the latest sync, and whoever you share it with can change the date range, click on individual ads, groups, etc. No login required on the other side.
Option 1: Share individual reports via a link
The quickest way to share a single report. You publish it, get a unique URL, and send it to anyone. The link is always live β no need to re-share when new data comes in.
1 | Open the report you want to share |
2 | Click the Share icon in the top right corner Look for the share / publish button in the report toolbar. |
3 | Click 'Publish' This generates a unique public URL for this report. |
4 | Copy the link and share it Send it to your client by email, Slack, or any other channel. Anyone with the link can view the report β no Superads account needed. |
If your client needs a CSV or PDF export, you can do the export yourself from within Superads and share the file separately.
What your client or stakeholder sees
The shared report is fully interactive. Viewers can change the date range, switch chart types, click on any ad to see the creative, and watch video ads directly in the browser.
They cannot edit the report adding metrics, or see any other reports in your workspace.
Unpublishing a report
To revoke access, go back to the same Share dialog and click 'Unpublish'. The link immediately stops working. Anyone who tries to open it will see an access error.
Option 2: Share an entire board via link
If you want to share multiple reports at once β for example, an overview board you've built for a client β you can publish the entire board with a single link. All the reports on that board become accessible via one URL, and everything auto-updates.
1 | Open the board you want to share |
2 | Click the Share icon or the 'Publish' button on the board |
3 | Copy the link and send it to your client Anyone with the link can view the full board and all reports on it. |
π‘ Tip: Boards are a great way to give clients a single bookmark β a home base where they can always find all the reports that relate to their account. No need to send multiple links. |
Option 3: Add a client or stakeholder as a Guest
If you want your client or stakeholder to have their own login and access to all content in a workspace, you can invite them as a Guest.
Guests have read-only access β they can view all reports and boards but cannot create, edit, or delete anything.
1 | Go to Settings |
2 | Click 'All Members' Or 'Workspace Members' if you want to restrict access to a specific workspace. |
3 | Click 'Invite member' Enter the client's email address. |
4 | Set their role to 'Guest' Guests have read-only access to all content in the workspace. |
5 | Click 'Send invite' Your client will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account. |
βΉοΈ Note: Guests can see all published reports and boards in the workspace. If you have data for multiple clients in the same workspace, consider using link sharing instead. |
Which option should I use?
| Share via link | Add as Guest |
Login required | No | Yes β client needs a Superads account |
Access scope | Only the specific report or board shared | All reports and boards in the workspace |
Data always live | Yes | Yes |
Viewer can interact | Yes β date range, charts, ad preview | Yes β date range, charts, ad preview |
Viewer can edit | No | No |
Revoke access | Unpublish the report or board | Remove from workspace members |
π‘ Tip: For most agency use cases, sharing via link is the simplest approach β clients don't need to create an account, and you control exactly what they can see. |
Revoking access
Revoking a shared link
Go to the report or board, open the Share dialog, and click 'Unpublish'. The link stops working immediately. If you later want to share the same report again, you can republish it β you'll get a new unique URL.
Removing a Guest
Go to Settings > All Members, find the person, and remove them from the workspace. They will immediately lose access.
Troubleshooting
Symptom | What to do |
Client says the link doesn't work | Check that the report or board is still published. Go to the Share dialog β if it shows 'Publish' rather than 'Unpublish / Published', it has been unpublished. Republish to generate a new link. |
Client can see the report but data looks outdated | Superads syncs data daily. If your client is viewing the report soon after a campaign update, the latest data may not be in yet. Ask them to check the date range and refresh the page. If data is more than 24 hours behind, try triggering a manual resync from Settings > Data Sources. |
Guest invitation email was not received | Ask the client to check their spam folder. If it's not there, go to Settings > All Members, find the pending invite, and resend it. Make sure the email address is correct. |
Client wants to download the data | Viewers on a shared link can interact with the report but export access depends on their permissions. If your client needs a CSV or PDF export, you can do the export yourself from within Superads and share the file separately. |
