How does Superads pricing work?

Superads pricing is based on your total monthly ad spend. Learn how tiers work, what's included, and how to estimate your cost.

Updated over 2 months ago

Superads doesn't charge per seat, per report, or per workspace. Pricing is based on one thing: the total amount of money you spend on ads across all the accounts you've connected. The more you spend on ads, the more value you get from knowing which ones are working, and that's what your subscription reflects.

The short version

Your subscription cost is determined by your total ad spend across all connected accounts in the last 30 days. As your spend grows, you move up a tier. If it drops, you move down. There are no per-user fees, no per-client fees, and no limits on reports or workspaces.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can use the billing calculator at the bottom of Settings β†’ Subscription to estimate your cost based on your current spend.

What counts as ad spend?

Spend is calculated as the sum of all ad spend from every ad account connected to your Superads organization, across all platforms and workspaces, over the last 30 days.

What's included

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad spend

  • LinkedIn ad spend

  • TikTok ad spend

ℹ️ Note: Google Ads is currently in beta and not yet counted toward your spend tier.

What's not included

  • Team members or user seats (unlimited on Pro)

  • Number of workspaces (unlimited on Pro)

  • Number of reports or boards (unlimited on Pro)

  • Clients (you can manage as many as you want under one subscription)

ℹ️ Note: Only the spend from ad accounts you have actively connected to Superads counts. If you disconnect an account, its spend will no longer be included in your tier calculation.

Pricing tiers

Your subscription automatically adjusts each month based on your last 30 days of spend.

The current pricing tiers are available on Superads.ai/pricing as well as on your Settings --> Subscription page

Note: Pricing is in USD and billed monthly. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details. You can add your VAT or tax ID in Settings β†’ Subscription to avoid being charged VAT where applicable.

How to check your current spend and tier

You can see your current ad spend and what tier you're in at any time. No surprises.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Subscription

  • Your current monthly spend and tier are shown at the top of the page

  • Scroll down to the billing calculator to see how a change in spend would affect your cost

Why did my price go up?

The most common reasons for an unexpected price increase:

Your ad spend increased last month

Because pricing is based on the last 30 days of spend, a higher-spend month (like a holiday campaign push) will move you into a higher tier. Your price will come back down the following month if spend returns to normal.

A new ad account was connected

If a new ad account was added to one of your workspaces (by you or by another admin), its spend is added to your total. You can check which accounts are connected at Settings β†’ Data Sources.

Another workspace was included in your organization

When workspaces are combined into an organization, the total spend across all workspaces is used to calculate your tier. This can cause an increase if the new workspaces had significant ad spend.

⚠️ Important: If you see a price increase you don't understand, go to Settings β†’ Subscription to check your spend breakdown. If something looks wrong, reach out to us via the in-app chat and we'll take a look.

How billing works for agencies with multiple clients

You don't need a separate subscription for each client.

One Superads subscription covers your entire organization: unlimited clients, unlimited workspaces, and unlimited team members.

Your subscription cost is based on the combined ad spend across all clients connected to your organization. So if you manage 10 clients spending $50K each, your total connected spend would be $500K and your tier would reflect that.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can organize each client in their own workspace within your organization. This keeps their data separate and lets you control exactly which team members have access to each client.

What if I don't want to connect all my clients?

You're in control of which ad accounts you connect. Accounts you don't connect don't count towards your spend total. If you only want to use Superads for a subset of your clients, simply connect only those accounts.
