How to cancel your subscription

Want to stop being charged? Learn how to cancel your plan and how to get a refund if needed.

We get it: sometimes a tool just isn't the right fit, or the timing isn't right. You can cancel your Superads plan at any time, without any long-term commitments or penalties. This article walks you through the process step by step.

How to cancel a paid subscription

To stop future charges, you'll need to cancel before your next billing date. Here's how:

Go to Settings

Click your workspace name or profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.

Open the Subscription tab

In the left sidebar, click Subscription to see your current plan and billing details.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

ℹ️ Note: Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.

Locked, not deleted. All your other reports are preserved and will be available again the moment you re-subscribe.

Reactivation

You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings → Subscription. Everything picks up exactly where you left off.

⚠️ Important: Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. Your reports, boards, and data are safely preserved and will be fully accessible again when you re-activate.

What if the cancel button isn't working?

If clicking Cancel subscription doesn't open a confirmation screen, try the following:

  • Use a different browser — Chrome or Firefox tend to work best.

  • Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers, which can block pop-up windows.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.

  • Make sure you're logged in as a workspace Admin — only Admins can manage subscriptions.

ℹ️ Note: If none of the above works, reach out to us via the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the app and we'll cancel it for you right away.

How to request a refund

We review refund requests individually. Here are the most common situations:

Unexpected or incorrect charge

If the amount looks wrong — for example, you were charged after cancelling, or the tier doesn't match your actual ad spend — contact support with your account email and the relevant invoice number and we'll look into it right away.

Didn't use the service

Evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair about this.

💡 Tip: To get in touch, click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in Superads. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

How to re-activate your subscription

Ready to come back? You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off — all your reports, boards, and data will be restored.

Go to Settings → Subscription

Open your workspace Settings and click the Subscription tab in the left sidebar.

Click 'Re-activate subscription'

This button appears once your plan is cancelled or expired.

Choose your plan

Your pricing is based on your total monthly ad spend. Use the billing calculator on the page to find your tier, or check superads.ai/pricing.

ℹ️ Note: All your reports, boards, and connected accounts are preserved while you're on the Free plan. Reactivating Pro immediately restores full access — no setup needed.
