Step 1: Sign up at Superads.ai
- Go to Superads.ai and click Get Started.
- Choose to sign up with Google, Facebook, or use your email and password.
- Enter your name, email, and password.
- Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm your account.
Step 2: Create your workspace
- After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to create a workspace.
- Enter a name for your workspace and select your industry.
- That’s it—you’re in.
Note: If you’re an agency managing multiple clients, you likely don’t need separate workspaces for each one. A single workspace supports multiple ad accounts and is enough for most setups. More on this in another article.
Step 3: Connect your ad accounts
- From your workspace home screen, click Connect Ad Accounts.
- Click Add Account and choose which platforms to connect:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Follow the prompts to authorize each platform.
- You can connect as many ad accounts as you need.
Step 4: Initial sync and data access
- The initial sync may take up to 24 hours, especially for larger accounts.
- However, we begin syncing your most recent data right away—you should see the last month of data within 30 minutes.
- Your data will update automatically every day, no extra work needed.
What happens next?
- You’ll see a starter board in your dashboard with several pre-built reports to get you going.
