1. How to sign up and connect your ad accounts

Getting started with Superads is quick and simple. This guide covers how to sign up, create your workspace, and connect your ad accounts.

Step 1: Sign up at Superads.ai

  • Go to Superads.ai and click Get Started.
  • Choose to sign up with Google, Facebook, or use your email and password.
  • Enter your name, email, and password.
  • Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it to confirm your account.

Step 2: Create your workspace

  • After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to create a workspace.
  • Enter a name for your workspace and select your industry.
  • That’s it—you’re in.

Note: If you’re an agency managing multiple clients, you likely don’t need separate workspaces for each one. A single workspace supports multiple ad accounts and is enough for most setups. More on this in another article.

Step 3: Connect your ad accounts

  • From your workspace home screen, click Connect Ad Accounts.
  • Click Add Account and choose which platforms to connect:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
  • Follow the prompts to authorize each platform.
  • You can connect as many ad accounts as you need.

Step 4: Initial sync and data access

  • The initial sync may take up to 24 hours, especially for larger accounts.
  • However, we begin syncing your most recent data right away—you should see the last month of data within 30 minutes.
  • Your data will update automatically every day, no extra work needed.

What happens next?

  • You’ll see a starter board in your dashboard with several pre-built reports to get you going.
