Step-by-step: inviting someone to your workspace
- Go to the Settings section from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the Members tab.
- In the top right corner, click Invite Member.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Click Send Invite.
Once they accept the invite, they’ll have full access to your workspace.
Important: All invited members have full edit access
Currently, Superads does not offer role-based permissions.
That means:
- Anyone you invite can create, edit, or delete reports and dashboards.
- There’s no “view-only” access within the workspace.
You should only invite team members or collaborators who actually need to work inside your workspace.
Don’t need to invite someone? Just share a link
If someone just needs to see a report or dashboard, you don’t have to invite them at all.
You have two options:
- Publish a report or board and share the unique URL
- Export it and send it however you like
Published reports and boards are interactive—viewers can adjust date ranges on their own.
So unless they need to edit or build, there’s no need to give them full access.

There are no roles for now—everyone in a workspace has full access.
