What is a Report?

A report is a single, customizable view of your ad performance data. You choose the data source, date range, groupings, filters, and visualizations. Each report has:

  • A title
  • An optional description
  • A customizable layout with charts, tables, and metrics
  • A unique shareable link (if published)

What is a Board?

A board is a collection of reports. It’s how you group and organize related reports together.

Where to find boards:

  • Boards appear in the sidebar.
  • Click the arrow to expand or collapse a board and see its reports.
  • Click the board name to open a view with all reports displayed together.

How to use boards:

You can create unlimited boards and add unlimited reports to each one.

Common use cases:

  • Agencies: One board per client
  • In-house teams: Separate boards for bottom funnel vs top funnel, or by product line, campaign, or marketing goal

Boards are 100% flexible—organize them however works best for you.

Sharing Boards

Boards can be published, just like individual reports.

When you publish a board:

  • You get a single shareable URL
  • Anyone with the link can access a live, interactive view of all reports inside the board
  • Great for sharing with clients, teammates, or stakeholders

Summary

  • A report = a single analysis
  • A board = a group of reports
  • You can customize, publish, and share both

Use boards to stay organized and keep everything in one place.
